Nillie & Jesse, it’s just the beginning!

Dear Nillie & Jesse, where do I even start? Those five days with you (six including the engagement session!) were probably the most intense days of my so far career but they were also incredibly rewarding. Your main wedding day was certainly the crowning of all the time leading up to it. Starting with the joyous Baraat in the morning and through the ceremony in the Rittenhouse Square hotel, the shoot in downtown Philadelphia, change of outfits, second ceremony followed by the incredible reception at the Ritz Carlton myself and David Lim captured more than at any wedding ever before. For us everything was a true visual feast. The images below are only a very small piece of the whole picture. This whole amazing journey with you was a very special experience for me and certainly an important milestone. I feel like for all of us many things have changed, evolved and progressed but the essence of it all remains the same. No matter how gorgeous the details, how spectacular the venue, how beautiful the weather… weddings are about people. You two, your incredibly welcoming and heartwarming personalities and all your kindest and loving family members and friends are what ultimately made this an unforgettable, one of a kind wedding for us. It feels like saying “Thank You” on this blog is not enough! We were both wishing we could stop the time and keep photographing you!

Our thanks to other vendors for making the day absolutely flawless and perfect: Rittenhouse Square hotel for the indian ceremony, Harendra Dave – the Hindu Priest, Sushmita Patel – make up and hair, Beth Dzwi – String Quartet (for the Jewish ceremony), Shobha Rao from Elegant Affairs – event planning, Mike Marfatia – DJ, Ritz Carlton – the wedding reception.
